Procurement Plus is led by Dave Ditzler who has over 40 years in the hospitality industry. Dave started Procurement Plus in 1991 to provide small and mid-sized growing operators who could not afford to have their own purchasing or procurement department. Dave realized there was a need to bring the benefits of large chain and volume purchasing to small operators to help them grow and achieve their dreams.
Dave’s background includes working with Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts over nearly a decade opening properties, including a break to be the Director of Operations at Tavern On The Green, overseeing the largest-grossing restaurant in the world for several years. As he decided to make California home, the idea to take the insights he gained from massive volume buying with these services along with serving the needs of helping small to mid-sized concepts, Procurement Plus was created. Dave is proud to say that the company has grown for every year in 28 years not only in size, but in reputation.
The company is structured as such so that every client has contact with Dave directly. While he has a tremendous support staff of technology and operational team, all clients deal with Dave directly.
